The visit agenda of Dean of FISIP UI, Dr. Arie Setiabudi Soesilo, M.Sc into United States did not merely accommodate for initiating academic partnership with several universities, but also held a meeting with ILUNI UI Chapter USA and Attache of Educational and Cultural KBRI Washington, DC. Prof. Ismunandar.
This activity showed the effort progress to improve role of UI Alumnae abroad. The important meeting with UI Alumni abroad was carried out through sharing process or the endeavour of Alumni in maintaining World University Rank. Especially, for maintaining “Employer (Alumni) Reputation” aspect related to Global Survey in which covering either attache or supervisor (Job Supervisor for the employed ones or Academic Supervisor for the students) from UI Alumni.
Meeting with UI Alumni Chapter USA was important to be conducted in order to maintain connectivity among fellow alumni as well as alma mater and its alumni. This meeting forum was an opportunity for UI as alma mater to give thank to ILUNI UI Chapter USA who had given a lot of concrete contribution for UI through their activities, including positive image which they presented.
