Dr. Dinna is an expert in international political economy, development, and diplomacy she built deep understanding of comparative social protection systems and healthcare in East and Southeast Asia. Her expertise and over 19-years of network in the fields landed her in the various experience of being part of the development of Indonesia’s National Health Insurance, including to advise key stakeholders (e.g. President Joko Widodo by being the Head of Working Group on Health & Manpower at Tim Transisi, the State Ministry of National Planning, BPJS Watch, Alliance of Independent Journalists, ILO, UNESCAP, the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Timor Leste), to co-produce research products relevant for NHI transformation (e.g. Evaluation of President Yudhoyono’s Presidency on social welfare for international academic peers, Roadmap to Health Sector reform for President Yudhoyono, Health mapping document for the Ministry of Health, Health Care plan for TNP2K).
She is also among the co-founders of the first interdisciplinary Master-degree program of Social Policy at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Dr. Dinna has visited many countries to speak, teach, research or provide advice to governments (e.g. Cambodia, Timor Leste, Australia) or I-NGOs (e.g. GIZ, ILO).
Muhammad Fadil Imran is a high-ranking police officer who has been serving as the Head of the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police since 16 November 2020, and previously served as the Head of the East Java Regional Police.
He graduated from the Police Academy in 1991 and is experienced in the field of investigation. Previously, he served as the National Police Chief’s Socio-Cultural Expert Staff and took a Doctoral study program at the Criminology Department, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Indonesia. His dissertation, titled “The Study of Mutilation Crimes in Jakarta (Rational Choice Perspectives of Five Perpetrators)” was successfully defended in 2014 and was considered very satisfying with a GPA of 3.81.
Tornagogo Sihombing is a graduate of the Department of Criminology Doctoral program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, who successfully defended his dissertation titled “Reconstruction of Social Capital Post Conflict in Ambon, Maluku through a Peacemaking Criminology Approach” in 2014.
He is a high-ranking police officer who has assumed the mandate as Head of the West Papua Regional Police since December 6, 2019 .
He is experienced in the field of investigation. His last previous position was Director of Special Economic Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police.
Commissioner General. Pol. Dr. Drs. Gatot Eddy Pramono, M.Si is a high-ranking police officer who, since December 20, 2019, has assumed the mandate as Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police. In 2015, he successfully completed his Doctoral studies at the Department of Criminology, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Indonesia. His dissertation is entitled “Transformation of Community Organizations (Ormas) into Violent Groups (Study of Group Violence by Four Community Organizations in Jakarta).”
He is experienced in investigations. The last position he previously held was Chief of the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police. A wave of demonstrations, ranging from protesting the presidential elections, the rejection of the Criminal Code draft, to the weakening of the Anti-Corruption Commission were among the situations that faced during his tenure as the Head of the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police.
Niniek Kun Naryatie graduated from the Communication Science undergraduate program at Universitas Indonesia’s Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and since 2017 she is currently serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Argentine Republic, Republic of Paraguay, and Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
Previously, she served as Expert Staff to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Socio-Cultural and Community Empowerment Sector of Indonesia and was the Indonesian Ambassador to Armenia from 2012 to 2016.
